Chiropractic Adjustments of the spinal joints insures that the free flow of vital information (i.e., Life Force or Innate Intelligence) via the body's nervous system is unimpeded.

Proper nerve conduction throughout the body , especially in the vicinity of the spine where often times a misalignment of the vertebrae or spinal joint interferes with this vital communication between the brain and the organ, muscle or other tissue, is required for a condition of Health.  Dr. Benham will adjust the spinal segment, if necessary, with either traditional chiropractic “hands on adjusting” or he will utilize a light force technique utilizing a mechanical adjusting instrument called an activator or an Arthro-Stim®.  Either way, chiropractic adjustments are without pain and without side effects and are always comfortable to the patient. 

Chiropractic adjustments are commonly utilized in the treatment of back, neck, and joint pain, organ dysfunction, headaches and migraines, muscle tension, and extremity dysfunctions.
