EAV (Electro Acupuncture Voll)       Back to Treatment Modalities

EAV is an abbreviation for Electro Acupuncture according to Voll.  Dr. Voll discovered many additional acupuncture points on the fingers and toes that are useful in diagnosing and treating specific organs, specific parts of an organ, lymphatic and nervous systems associated with the specific organ, as well as additional “new” acupuncture pathways which are useful in diagnosing and treating: food and environmental sensitivities, the nervous system, and the endocrine system of the body.

Diagnosis and treatment with EAV is carried out utilizing an imperceptible micro-current to challenge the specific organ system (via specific points located on the fingers or toes) and then measure the organ's response to that challenge.  If an organ's response is abnormal, then treatment is performed also utilizing an imperceptible micro-current.

In addition, EAV is particularly useful to check for proper nutritional supplementation and is also very successful in determining and treating environmental or food sensitivities.

 There are no needles utilized in the EAV diagnosis and treatment.
